At Starter Homes, we know that one size doesn’t fit all, your tiny house dreams are more unique than that! That’s why we work with each and every client on a one-to-one basis to design the perfect tiny home living solution. Our team of engineers and designers will work with you to create a tiny home that’s perfectly suited to your needs and desires and make your custom tiny home vision a reality. We have the construction know-how to build anything you may require! Model options for our tiny homes range from trailer type to shipping container through to food cart or mobile office. Have your choice of options and accessories you may desire in your tiny home, all the way down to bench-top material and trim colour.

Affordability meets Luxury
An indication of price for your tiny house!
A typical turn-key 8m Tiny House cost will range between: $150,000-$170,000 AUD depending on options selected. We offer you the choice of having your tiny home completed to any stage you require from lockup shell through to complete turn-key build. If you only require your tiny home to be completed to the shell or a minimal cabinetry stage, the cost would be reduced. We can build to any stage of completion you require, so if you’d like to do some DIY work on your tiny house, we can build you a lockup/watertight shell so that you can fit out the interior yourself, the cost to this stage of build would range between: $65,000 – $75,000 AUD.
Due to material and labour price increases, it’s not possible for us to keep the same costings of our previous model builds.
So if you would like us to replicate one of our unique designs for your tiny home, we will need to provide you with a quotation to reflect current costings.

We’ll have a hand-over meeting with you to show you how everything works. When your a 100% happy with everything, you then sign off on the contract, and make your final 10% payment.
A ‘hand-over pack’ will be given with all product warranties and details of the tiny homes final weight and a list of removable items that need to be removed to be legally towed on Australian roads.
We then hand-over the keys and wave goodbye. We love to keep in touch with our past clients and are always here if you need anything.
